Sizes below is for a average height / shape man. I am 180cm and 84kgs L is a perfect fit not tight but not loose.

Size S - 60 - 70kg   M - 65 to 75kgs,  L - 75 to 90kgs,   XL 85 - 100kg,  XXL - 90+
