We will offer a refund / exchange on most products purchased at Ringsport, either online or in-store. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us within 7 days. Items that are damaged, soiled, altered or opened will not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your cost.
A change of mind return product will only be accepted if the product is in as new condition and is in unopened packaging and is in a new resalable condition.
Returns outside of the 7 day time frame may be accepted at the discretion of Ringsport and will only be refunded as a store credit. When you return a product please provide:

All postage returns are subject to the above conditions, and where you have provided your contact details in-store as a part of our product warranty process, an original Ringsport tax invoice, copy tax invoice, or delivery docket may not be required at the discretion of Ringsport.
