Will hold up to a 70kg punching bag, depending on wall strength and fixing.

The punching bag hangs 85cm from the wall so bag won't hit. see diagram for all dimensions.

50mm x 2mm thick powder coated steel tube and new high strength stainless steel eye bolt for hanging bag, which is changeable after many years if needed.
