The Ringsport Punching Bag Wall Bracket is made to hold size up to 180cm punching bag secured to a load bearing wall using dyna bolts or concrete screws. To give you optimal room to get in and around the bag, the bracket hangs your punch bag 800mm out from the base. For installation you must have a load bearing wall in order to install this product with concrete or brick recommended.
