FLOOR TO CEILING ACCURACY BALL

A true speed and accuracy training tool, the floor to ceiling accuracy ball is small and simple but a very very good product.

Made in Australia with care, we have a couple in the Ringsport gym and I love using it. It fact I prefer it to a traditional floor ceiling once you get used to it.

Richard Davis (coach) Easy to set up can hook it around just about anything, even a small hook in a timber door frame and the base only needs around 4 to 5 kg weight plate to hold it down.
