We will offer a refund / exchange on most products purchased at Ringsport, either online or in-store. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us within 14 days. Items that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to you. Returns outside of the 14 day time frame may be accepted at the discretion of Ringsport and will only be refunded as a store credit. We can either provide a refund to your same payment method or supply a store credit to be used in-store or online.When you return a product please provide:

  • Ringsport will pay for returned postage only in the case of an error made by us.
  • No matter who is at fault all returns must be received by Ringsport before a replacement is provided
  • The products original packaging, including any instruction manuals and /or information booklets
  • An original Ringsport tax invoice, copy tax invoice, or delivery docket.
  • With garment tags still attached

Return Via Post If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased online or in-store via post, please contact Ringsport on 08 94462025 to arrange postage details. All postage returns are subject to the above conditions, and where you have provided your contact details in-store as a part of our product warranty process, an original Ringsport tax invoice, copy tax invoice, or delivery docket may not be required at the discretion of Ringsport.

Return In-Store All items purchased online or in-store can be exchanged or refunded at Ringsport, subject to the above conditions.
