Ringsport MMA Glove Sizing Chart

For an accurate measurement, measure the across the top of the knuckles of your hand in cm. Give or take about .5cm Please keep in mind that the leather will stretch a little once you have broken the MMA gloves in. So, depending on how you want the gloves to fit, choose one size lower or higher.
