Shipping and Returns

All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 business hours except where noted. Most shipping on smaller items 5Kg or less will be shipped by air through Australia post express delivery over night service.

Cost for these items are between $4 - $12 average $8

Any postage cost higher than $12 the purchaser will be contacted before the sale is processed.

Items listed on product info page as "Postage included" will be shipped free on charge.

Larger item shipping by Road normally takes 5 business days or less in Australia. If no one is home during the day, a notice will be left on your door with instructions on how to receive your package. Cost will be quoted to the purchaser before sale will be processed. International Orders

RINGSPORT currently does not ship internationally except for New Zealand

Heavy and oversized items

Some items require extra shipping based on size or weight, you will be contacted and advised of the total cost before transaction will be processed. If an item requires extra shipping it will be noted in the items description, Over sized items will only be shipped in Australia.

Our satisfaction guaranteed policy

You may return any item for refund/credit or exchange for any reason if it is in "resalable" condition within 30 days. (This policy does not apply to video tapes, books, or custom made items.) Returns & warranty

If a product develops a problem or is not useable due to a manufacturer's defect, Send all returns to: 5/29 O'Malley street, Osborne Park 6019. Western Australia, Ringsport will refund or exchange the item if the fault is determined to be a manufacturing fault. Use of our products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured will nullifies this warranty.
